Random Japan: awesome traffic cones

I've still got a bunch of semi-interesting photos from our various Japan trips that I've never posted, so I may as well keep going with my "Random Japan" series. I'm already getting nostalgic for going back! Hopefully we'll get there again this year.

Anyway, I love Japanese traffic cones:

They're little beacons of light in the night. And so neatly organized into perfect little rows!

About This Blog

This is increasingly not a blog about Alphabet City, New York. I used to live in the East Village and work on Avenue B, but I no longer do. Why don't I change the name if I'm writing about Japan and video games and guitars? Because New Yorkers are well-rounded people with varied interests, and mine have gone increasingly off the rails over the years. And I don't feel like changing the name. I do still write about New York City sometimes.
